Once again LACMA MUSE, the museum’s membership group for art enthusiasts in their 20s and 30s, is hosting Young Directors Night, a celebration of short films by Los Angeles filmmakers. As in years past, the directors and a panel of film-industry insiders will participate in a discussion following the screening.
The selected films for Young Directors Night 2013 include:
- Boom Box Kids directed by Taylor Gledhill
- Cleaner directed by Masami Kawai
- Skip Town directed by Banner Gwin
- Teens Like Phil directed by Dominic Haxton and David Rosler
- Sweet, Sweet Country directed by Dehanza Rogers
- To Beauty directed by Jess Zakira Wise
- Paulie directed by Andrew Nackman
