It\u2019s a much more personal experience than viewing work on a museum or gallery wall.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #424c2b;\">One such event is the upcoming <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frogtownarts.com\" target=\"_blank\">Frogtown Artwalk<\/a>, sponsored by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.evartscollective.com\" target=\"_blank\">Elysian Valley Arts Collective<\/a>. The annual event highlights the work of artists, <\/span><span style=\"color: #262626;\">artisans and architects<\/span><span style=\"color: #424c2b;\"> working in the <\/span><span style=\"color: #262626;\">Elysian Valley neighborhood of Los Angeles, located along the LA River.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626;\"><span class=\"full-image-float-right ssNonEditable\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/cla\/legacy-images\/events\/FrogtownArtwalk_poster.jpg?__SQUARESPACE_CACHEVERSION=1348168192729\" alt=\"\" \/><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626;\">Attendees to the Artwalk will be able to visit more than 30 studios and lofts during the self-guided tour.\u00a0 According to event organizers, you\u2019ll also find \u201c\u2026a series of mobile gallery \u201cpods\u201d, in which artists from other parts of Los Angeles competed to show their work.\u00a0The temporary galleries will line Frogtown\u2019s main street, Blake Avenue.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #262626;\">If you\u2019re not familiar with this part of the city and love art, this is a perfect way to experience for yourself how LA\u2019s creative and dynamic spirit is expressed in <\/span><span style=\"color: #424c2b;\">the <\/span><span style=\"color: #262626;\">Elysian Valley and perhaps even purchase a new work for your home or office. As for kids, bring them along too.
