Developed by local artists Ari Simon and Phoebe Unterman, the booklet is intended to help downtown residents and visitors alike discover the neighborhood\u2019s restaurants, retail establishments, and galleries, as well as shed some light on the area\u2019s rich history.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As with any introduction, this guide just scratches the surface of a part of the city that has seen its fortunes rise during the past decade. But that&#8217;s the point.
