Curating Los Angeles Turns One!

It’s hard to believe, but one year ago today I launched Curating Los Angeles. During the past 12 months I’ve been privileged to cover many wonderful events around the greater LA area. I’ve met interesting people who are involved in a wide variety of fields and help make the city such a vibrant place to live and work. Best of all, the site has enabled me to share all of those experiences with you – a community of engaged readers – and to learn from you as well.

I’m extremely fortunate that my work combines many of the things I love best – exploring Los Angeles, meeting new people, writing, taking photographs, and using technology to tell stories, help foster community and share my love of the city with others.

While I’m proud of what Curating Los Angeles has become in a relatively short period of time, there is so much more I want to do with the site. For example, in the coming months I intend to add a photo section, publish more interviews and write about ways locals and visitors alike can explore the city. I hope you’ll join me on this continuing adventure.

Jim
