Made in L.A. Music at the Hammer

Made in L.A., the Hammer Museum’s biennial exhibition, is now on view through September 7th.  Featuring works by 35 Los Angeles artists, many of whom are emerging and under recognized talents, the exhibition debuts recent work and new painting, installation, video, sculpture, photography, and performances created specifically for the show. 

As part of this local showcase, which I can’t wait to check out in a couple weeks, the Hammer has teamed up with KCRW to present four nights of free live music in the museum’s courtyard. Check out the impressive line up:

Happy Hour at 6:30 pm
Cash bar featuring the Georgia Peach, a hand-crafted cocktail created by The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and a selection of L.A. brews.

The music begins at 7:30 each night and ends at 10:30.
